Twitter to the Rescue


There is always so many ways you can do a task. Recently we were looking for a senior designer and was not having much luck finding exactly who we were after using the traditional SEEK ad. So we thought why not put the word out through Twitter and see what happens.

The strategy we employed was to schedule a ‘tweet’ every couple of days for a week. Our ‘tweet’ was retweeted and within days we had a call from …Paul who sent through her work and we promptly asked her to come in for an interview.  It turned out …Paul was  just what we were looking for and is a great asset to our team.
