Wanting to increase brand awareness and child enrolments for 2015, C&K Early Learning Centres approached Brio Group to plan and develop a digital advertising campaign. The ads would use a mixture of video content (provided by C&K) and common digital advertising channels using remarketing techniques to speak to Queensland mothers and carers to bring C&K to top mind.
A tight budget meant working smarter for greater returns.
Initially wanting to spread the word on Facebook with a video campaign, we were able to proceed with a wider digital campaign using remarketing and targeted media. We created three digital ads using a similar feel to the video which would link to a dedicated landing page on the C&K website.
This would enable us to track any clicks from the digital channels through Google Analytics and ensure that users were clicking through to relevant information about the brand. Importantly it gave visitors the opportunity to instantly request enrolment information.
Advertising messages were succinct and clear to support the brand, keeping with C&K’s renowned approach to learning and brand personality.
The digital campaign was a great success, exposing the brand 388,956 times across a myriad of websites, including Facebook, and generating 2,533 clicks to the C&K website. Facebook generated a unique click through rate of 3.42% while the digital campaign provided 0.25%. Enrolments and general enquiries both increased during the campaign period.
