Markets and mums go hand in hand this Mother’s Day
With Mother’s Day looming this Sunday, I thought it was time to share a little Brisbane secret: the Boutique Markets at Portside Wharf. If your mum is anything like mine, markets are a no-fail excursion. Pick up a coffee and wander the stalls of wonderful handmade and original art, design, craft and food from Brisbane and beyond. It’s nice to see locals supporting locals – you’ll come across some beautiful and talented local designers and artists … and you may even pick up a gift for mum on the day (win, win right?).
The markets operate on the second and forth Sunday of the month. The next day is this Sunday 8th May at 8am to 1pm at Portside Wharf, Hamilton.
