How do we want to watch television in the future?
With the way technology is changing, it is hard to imagine how it will effect some of the simple things that we do every day, like watching television. Alot of the marketing that we are doing at Brio Group is all about how to target and personalise messages to individuals to get cut through. But when I sit down to watch some television I have little choice and no interaction. So I did some investigation and came across this video put together by Syzygy. Here is what they say:
“New technical possibilities are the mainspring of the today’s television. The needs of the viewers seem secondary. Today, watching TV can mean a lot of things: TV via Internet, web content via TV, video on demand, IPTV, cable, satellite, DVB-T, mobile television, etc.
But, how do we want to watch TV in the future?
In the last few weeks we put together our thoughts and developed a TV experience concept. With GOAB we take the latest trends, bring the loose ends together, develop established ideas further and develop new concepts to provide a possible answer to the question: How do we want to watch television in the future?”
Now, you can view the GOAB. A TV Experience Concept from Syzygy on Vimeo. What do you think?
