2011 Windows on Europe Film Festival

2011 Windows on Europe Film Festival

Calling all European film lovers. February is your month to share the love of thought-provoking, brilliant European films at the return of the next season of Windows on Europe Film Festival.

Films spanning 14 countries will be on tap at Dendy Portside from Saturday 19 February to Friday 25 February.

This year you can explore cinema from Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Poland, Spain and Sweden. The genres dance from comedy, drama, thriller, romance, fantasy, musical, documentary and horror.

Why not spend a Sunday evening in France during The Three Way Wedding at 7.30pm? Or you can enjoy the Spanish flick Under the Stars after work on Monday at 9pm. And finally you could round off the week with a touch of Portugese with That Dear Month of August on Friday at 9pm.

There’s nothing like spending a couple of hours escaping to a foreign land. Plan your foreign film week by visiting the Dendy Portside website.

Yours in Euro-love,

Julia
