What is ISO 9001:2008? ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for quality management systems. The Standard provides an internationally recognised best practice framework for the organisation with a focus on our customers, leadership, involvement of our people, monitoring of our performance and a process approach to continuous improvement.
What does certification mean? In order to gain certification, Brio Group has been assessed by an independent auditor as meeting all of the requirements set out under the ISO Standard. As part of the certification process, Brio Group will undergo regular health checks by our external assessor to ensure that we continue to meet the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. In order to keep certification, we are required to re-apply every three years.
